All new construction, all new furnishings Sioux Falls is waiting for you at this lovely 2-bedroom sleeps seven home .Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar A very clean home with a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms offer a serene atmosphere with a king suite bathwith large walk-in tiled shower and walk-in closet full length mirror and private workspace the second bedroom offers a queen, and twin bed to accommodate all guests. Second full bath has tub and shower The living room offers a queen pullout couch to make you feel right at home Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer we are one of the few homes that is licensed by the state and the city of Sioux Falls South Dakota which is really easy to do when you are all brand new we are located on a private road. It’s actually a 3 block loop so very little traffic very quiet neighborhood. We are only 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex about nine minutes from downtown Sioux Falls and only a block and a half from a 27 mile bike trail we are approximately 11 minutes from the Falls which is a fantastic place for Christmas We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at Prairie Haven, we await for your arrival also there is no basement or use of garage. The garage is our cleaning and laundry supply area.

We have used VRBO for years and this is maybe the best one yet. Everything was perfect about the house and property. The owner was super nice and very attentive to our needs. Everything worked properly and the appliances were very nice and high end. The owner did a lot of little things like having kcups, tea, snacks and water that put this over the top. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home for a family stay

Our family was impressed by this new beautiful home. Loved the beautiful primary bedroom and bathroom. Spacious kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the chess, checkers and tic/tac/toe table. There were also lots of thoughtful touches with charging cords/outlets and the snacks and water provided if you need a little something. Nice after a day of travel. Communication with the host was outstanding. Dale was very responsive and flexible to accommodate a special request to store a piece of furniture in the garage to protect it from the rain. Centrally located with easy access to the interstate and other local attractions.
