Our bed broke in the middle of the night. We asked for another room and was told there wasn’t another room available. They left pieces of wood all over the floor and the bed after removing our broken frame so we slept with the box spring and mattress on the floor. The air conditioning didn’t work well and it was cooler in the hallway than in our room. The hallway we were in smelled of marijuana. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. When we asked for a refund we were told the manager would be in in a few minutes, then were told he wasn’t available today because of weekend hours. I was given a card to call the manager and was told that he has to investigate and will then make a decision on whether we get a refund or not. Also when I asked for a refund I was told we didn’t ask for another room and we didn’t ask for a refund when the bed broke. We did ask for a different room.

Crack heads up all night running down the hall, slamming doors and yelling. The hallway smelled like weed the entire time. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. Customers should be put in rooms away from the crack heads that stay there.

This hotel was disgusting. Pot smell was the first thing you smell walking thru the front door. Febreeze is an amazing tool and quite frankly the whole hotel could use it. The beds were not comfortable, dust everywhere, floors were nasty and sticky and just overall nasty!

The staff was great, and the room was very clean and good. My only real concerns are that some of the guests were loudly shouting obscenities late at night. I don't think they were fighting, just being loud and boisterous. Also, the walls are pretty thin - I ended up being awakened by a rather amorous couple slamming against the wall in the next room...
