A comfortable, clean space with a nice backyard. Good hot shower, comfortable beds, a useful kitchen, a good grill. We met some friendly neighbors and played a lot of basketball. A little more seating in the living would be a good touch but I'd definitely book again.

Lovely small home in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the outdoor gazebo and fire-table. Comfy living area and good kitchen amenities. Great location for everything we visited on or near the main streets in Sioux Falls (Minnesota and 41st).

Backyard retreat
The Brick House was nothing short of excellent! Cute living & kitchen areas, nice bedrooms with large closets. The backyard was our absolute favorite place to sit and enjoy one another, play some card games & watch the squirrels play tag.

Peaceful property
Over all we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to where we needed to be. Anything we needed was within 5 mins. The back yard was beautiful and so peaceful with a fire place and a tree house/platform that the kids loved! The listing mentioned a hot tub but there was not one unless it was referring to the bathtub. Other than that everything was wonderful very clean and the homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely stay here again!
