Check in was quick and went well. Overall the room was clean and what we expected. They’ve changed pillows since the last time we stayed a couple years ago. Tiny rock like the size of throw pillows in my opinion. The shower curtain rod was broken a little and crooked so the curtain didn’t hang right and the drain was plugged so one shower was a lot of water standing.

So disappointed in our stay

We arrived for our reservation and after a delay the representative came and appeared annoyed that he had to check us in. We were given a room farthest from the entrance on the 2nd floor with no elevator. My elderly husband and I had to drag our suitcases up the stairs because there wasn't an elevator and when we arrived at the top of the stairs, someone appeared and asked if we needed any additional assistance. Too little and too late! The breakfast was at best mediocre with greasy sausage, slimy sausage gravy, inedible powdered eggs and toxic coffee.

This place is okay. The front desk situation is kinda weird. There was no one there any of the times we were passing through the lobby, including when we checked in, but the staff person eventually showed up. The staff were helpful when we needed items printed out. The room was adequate but dated. The pool/hot tub area is nice. Breakfast was pretty good. They had scrambled eggs, weird sausage links, waffle maker, etc and the coffee was actually pretty good.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Shower head had power! The pool seemed a little cloudy, like it could use a good cleaning and only very faintly smelled of chlorine. We swam and love the pool room though.

I was so disappointed in this hotel the main thing was the bed did not have clean Linens it was terrible. I went and talked to the motel manager told him his His motel did not deserve the wonderful rating it had.He said he could not give me a refund because I had paid through Expedia. He gave me a discount on my next day not staying there again I was on vacation.
This was the bed sheets .I do not know what this was in the bed. But the bed sheets had not been changed .
The towel rack was gone.
