Good spot to explore Noord Holland

The cottage was well appointed and plenty space for three adults and four children.Unfortunately we were just outside of swimming pool season so that was a shame. The proximity to the playground, bike hire etc was very convenient and we were able to explore from Amsterdam, to Alkmaar to the great beaches. Unfortunately, at no fault of the host, there was a sewerage problem in the park, and point of entry was on the cottages drive which meant there was work being done for a few of the days.

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und grundsätzlich gut eingerichtet, bei den Details hapert es allerdings. Das Haus war definitiv nicht gereinigt bei unserem Einzug: der Boden war dreckig und auch die Oberflächen (Tisch, Küchenarbeitsplatte) waren klebrig. Beim Duschbad im OG waren die Abflüsse der Dusche und des Waschbeckens auch nicht ganz frei. Einige Küchenutensilien sind noch zu ergänzen bzw auch mal zu ersetzen, Toaster wäre nett. Sehr positiv ist, dass es genügend Geschirr gibt und so die Spülmaschine voll wird. Trotz Spülmaschinentabs wird das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, wenn man kein Salz in die Maschine füllt. Der Trockner hatte eine Fehlermeldung und in der Infrarotkabine war eine Lampe defekt. Die Außenbestuhlung ist perfekt, leider ist die Couch im WZ durchgesessen. Außerdem fehlt in der Beschreibung die genaue Lage, neben dem Haus liegt ein kleiner Kanal, daher gibt es hier ziemlich viele Mücken. Wir haben uns für ein SZ im OG entschieden, da dort Mückengitter sind, blieben aber nicht verschont. Ansonsten sind das Restaurant und der Bolzplatz auch gleich nebenan.Bei einer professionellen Vermietung sollte ein Qualitätsmanagement nicht fehlen meiner Meinung nach, immerhin ist auf der Rechnung eine Endreinigung aufgeführt.

Die Jugendlichen haben die Möglichkeiten vor Ort gut genutzt, haben Bool , Fußball u nd Twnnis gespielt und sind geschwommen und das Haus ist freundlich, praktisch und modern.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in kleinem Ferienpark

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Kinder waren gut zufrieden und hatten mit einem tollen Spielplatz und Fußballplatz genug Möglichkeiten, sich auszutoben.

Nicht alles Gold was glänz

Dir mussten erstmal einiges säubern die zb Boden Geschirr Terssse voll mit Sand, platten standen rum lounge Polster dreckig Leider keine fliegengitter, haus sehr warm beim lüften voll mit Mücken und zu guter letzt, irreführendes außen bild, kein Garten dabei und nicht alles eingezäunt. Und dann besitzt der Vermieter am Schluss noch die dreistigkeit und will 90 Schadensgeld für eine verblutete Decke die nicht von uns war

Aangenaam verblijf

Tijdens ons recente weekendje weg, hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad. Het vakantiehuisje waar we verbleven was schoon en goed onderhouden. Vanaf het moment van boeken tot aan het vertrek was het contact met de verhuurder uitstekend; ze waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden snel op onze vragen. Het vakantiepark zelf bood uitstekende voorzieningen voor kinderen. Er waren speelplekken en zwembad, waardoor onze kinderen zich geen moment hebben verveeld. De omgeving was rustig en groen, wat ons de gelegenheid gaf om heerlijk te ontspannen en te genieten van de natuur en strand. Al met al was het een fantastisch verblijf en we komen zeker nog eens terug!

Schönes Ferienhaus in kleinem Park

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Besonders die vielen bequemen Gartenmöbel in allen Ecken des Garten haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank!
