Many problems: Where do I begin? Check in instructions were for wrong address. Surprised the renter when I unlocked their deadbolt. Got worse from there. Bed was very old and uncomfortable, Blinds had broken slats and anyone outside could see in the bedroom. We stuffed plastic bags over the holes for privacy. No outlets in the bathroom to plug in our own hairdryer. 3 paper thin bath towels. No hand towls for bathroom. No dish towels or soap. Fold out futon very small, maybe 1 person. No TV remote for nice flatscreen. Need to bring your own Roku unit or firestick. Towel rack broken off wall in bathroom. Bathroom light switch was broken. Could not get heat out of mini split unit ( was in the 40s). No way to wash dishes. Only positive was a decent shower.

Pictures make it look bigger

Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe.

Not quite stunning

Good points: Location. Three blocks to the beach Directions and check in. Accurate and easy to use Downsides: Description said renovated. When? Kitchen cabinets were coming apart. Looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in ages. Ledges and shelves were very dusty. Floors only cleaned in the interior of the rooms. Sides and corners of the rooms were dirty. Kitchen equipment was rudimentary. Shower didn't drain. Called the owner and were told 'someone will be over shortly. If they came while we were out at dinner...they didn't fix it. We eventually did. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was lousy. Cheap thin towels. I think the description said: luxury. NOT!

Needs care

Updated older bungalow like unit in need of minor maintenance. Difficult to find in dark, but once inside nice accomodations. Closet doors and two cabinets off track/ hinges. Only 4 hangers. Ants upon entering and no bug spray found. Coffee pot not working and no ice or ice trays in freezer. No hairdryer. All issues reported to property manager and unfortunately no effort to address issues after waiting several hours for no show repair person. Other guests very pleasant and helpful thankfully.
