INTERIOR: Inside, the open-concept living area features a stylish modern sectional and high-end furnishings surrounding a 63" Smart TV with cable — perfect for watching your favorite sports or shows. The space flows into a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, all while enjoying stunning views of the backyard oasis through expansive glass sliders.

The master bedroom is tucked away in its own private wing of the house and overlooks the pool and backyard. It features a king bed, en suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and jetted tub/shower combo, a spacious walk-in closet, and private sliding doors that open directly to the patio.

The second bedroom (the Wave Room) includes two twin beds, a beautifully painted wave mural, and a large closet — bringing the beach vibe indoors and making it ideal for kids or friends.

The third bedroom (the Pink Room) is spacious and bright, with two queen beds, luxury linens, a full-length mirror, large closet, and sliding doors leading straight to the pool area.

OUTDOOR: Step outside to your private backyard oasis — a true highlight of the home. Lounge by the sparkling pool, dine al fresco at the large outdoor table, or practice your short game on the putting green. Fire up the grill and easily pass food and drinks through the bar window that connects to the kitchen.

Walk to the beach in under five minutes along a private beach access trail. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, toys, and umbrellas to ensure the perfect beach day. Afterward, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower before returning to your own slice of paradise.

In the garage, you'll find a washer and dryer, along with a ping pong table. The home is also stocked with pool floats, board games, and cornhole for extra fun. Amazing snorkeling and excursions to Peanut Island are just minutes away.

Beautiful Stay on Singer Island

The hosts Clay & Jill were amazing! The replied to a few minor issues we had immediately - and did everything they could to help. The location of the property is fantastic - only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Everything else is within a short drive away. Singer Island is beautiful and we will definitely be back. This home was perfect for me and my family and friends! The house is very open a spacious and the owners generously include items such as linens, towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. which is very much appreciated since we are from out of town. The owners are easy to communicate with and reached out to see if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The neighborhood and surrounding streets are lovely for walking and the beach just a short walk across the street. Thank you Clay and Jill for hosting us… We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect place to stay on singer island. The location is just a few minute walk from the beach. The house is stocked with everything you might need— lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Plenty to keep you entertained with a great pool, ping pong table, darts, putting green. The hosts are wonderful, reponsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend

Perfect Location for Beach Visits and Scuba Diving

The property is on a street filled with beautiful homes, ending in a cul-de-sac; therefore, there is no thru traffic, which is ideal for walking dogs. Our 9-day stay was focused on two things: scuba diving and beach time. The house is within 5 minutes of Riviera Marina, where most of the dive boats are docked in West Palm Beach. About 20 minutes away is Jupiter Dive Center; it has its own docks and dive boats. The diving was fantastic, with strong currents pushing us along at 2-3 knots. The property has excellent backpack-able beach chairs and beach umbrellas--as well as an array of float toys. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so we went several times. The house is well appointed with beach towels and a full set of kitchen wares. There were just two issues we had during the stay: (1) The pool had a nasty bloom of algae; the pool cleaning service struggled to get it under control, and (2) Air Conditioning unit could not cool the house below 78 degrees during the daytime. This is the hottest, most humid time of year in Florida--so the AC is likely not affected so much for the rest of the year. The property owner was very fair in addressing the issues, and issued us a partial refund for the days we could not use the pool. Overall it was the best property we have ever rented on VRBO; we would stay here again.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great neighborhood close to good restaurants and the beach. The owners are very quick to correct any issues that may arise. No need to haul beach chairs or towels from your home. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach is there.

Nice neighborhood, great location

The house is located in a very nice area close to beaches and nice restaurants, Publix is just minutes away! The house could use some personal touch and care. If you mind having lights and/or sun waking you up, know there are only rolling shades and small blinds. Also no privacy in two of the rooms if your are in the pool area at night or if you are in the living room, kitchen and dining room you can be seen from the street. This said, it is a nice house, the beach chairs, the ping pong table and the putting green are a nice touch. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay.

What a Great Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home because it was close to friends who were going with us to the F1 races in Miami. Its proximity to everything walking for those of us who didn't go to the races was the reason I chose this house. It was very clean, had plenty of nice paper goods (not the cheap stuff. I've stayed in VRBO's that we had to buy our own TP), shampoo/conditioner, great towels both for the bath and pool. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Pool toys, beach chairs, ping pong table, putt putt, and board games for the nighttime. We will be returning next year! Thank you, Clay & Jill
