Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The Ritz Carlton Residences was the perfect fit for our needs in terms of offering 3 bedrooms ( we were a group of 5), with access to the beach, pool, a gym and a restaurant! So, we had the best of both worlds - hotel amenities with the privacy and space of a home. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the well-appointed kitchen, and the views of the beach and balconies!

The condo was nice. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The Ritz property was also nice and the employees were friendly and helpful. I would give the condo and property a 5 star rating. The reason for my lower rating is because the water was turned off to the condo when we checked in. We were not able to use the bathrooms and had to call the Ritz concierge and request help. Not being able to shower or use the bathrooms after a long day of travel was very frustrating. The management company should have taken responsibility for handling the repairs. The repairs should have been completed before our arrival and should not have negatively impacted our vacation. The appropriate repairs were finished the following morning, but the situation negatively impacted our first full day and the following morning.

What a wonderful property! The balcony is huge and it was perfect for our morning coffee and evening cocktails while we enjoyed the view of the ocean. The apartment is comfortable with premium bedding and a well appointed kitchen. The resort had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant especially the movie theater and pool. The staff were top notch, always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was amazing. Everything we could have asked for and more. The employees went above and beyond answering questions and helping us get acquainted with the property. Only drawback was one pool was closed and under construction. Not a big issue as there were not a lot of people there during our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back.

Nice oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies. The primary suite was spacious and had great views. The condo had all we needed and the host was very accommodating. Ritz staff was just as we expected - the best!
