I stayed overnight on my way from London to New Zealand. I have stayed here before and so happy to have returned! Such a magical evening relaxing in the pool watching the sunset after my 13 hour flight! The staff are friendly and so helpful, I would totally recommend this hotel. The management of Village Hotel Changi please check to see who checked me in on reception, such care and consideration for a tired traveller!

One of the reason I booked the hotel was for the shuttle service. There is no shuttle service from 12pm (noon) to 5 pm. Also the morning shuttle is very limited you have to book the service the day before. Communication with the hotel is really bad. Staff does not show empathy with the guest

Decent 3 star property. Unfriendly staff. Good WiFi. Poor transport options. Far too expensive for what was delivered. Arrived at 9:30P Notified them that my flight was delayed. No shuttle. Arrived at hotel 10P. Both the restaurant and the bar were closed. Had to go out for food. Just a poor experience overall.

Last minute stay!

Convenient location to airport for last minute stay. Nice to cool down in the pool and relax pre-flight. Restaurant at hotel was nice (a little overpriced) but food was good and service attentive (not run by hotel). There are restaurants down the street but as was on my own (and jet lagged) wasn't feeling comfortable. Complimentary shuttle to airport great - though they only operate at certain times.
