Hotel shuttle was superb and always on time, so it was a great convenience! Staff at front desk and housekeeping were all great! We had issues with room keys and needed to get them reactivated several times. Paintings in rooms needs to be cleaned snd uodated. But otherwise, a good stay at a great location.

Great room but bathroom needed some maintenance. Handy location to airport if you are on a short stopover - e.g. overnight. Two pools, several local restaurants nearby, nice park and beach also nearby.

Room is clean and convenient close to hawker center. Chiarra customer service staff is a great asset to the company, she provided a good service and is very helpful who offer to call a taxi for us.

Last stayed here 2.5 years ago, en route to Australia, and it did not disappoint. So pleased with our choice again this time. This place works on so many levels as a short stop. Our room was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with so many options. The infinity pool was amazing and the staff were very helpful, especially a young lady named Seri on reception. Couple this with the free shuttle service and a great rate and these guys have a winning combination.

The room was in good condition generally ……. One or two observations : In the shower one has to climb into the bath and sit on ones knees as there was no support for the shower head - probably OK for anyone under 60 years old - I had difficulty at 70+ ….. Actually, I didn’t bother with a shower this morning before checking out as it was too awkward …… The sink had no warm water despite running the tap for absolute ages … such a waste of water - I only needed a shave …. The sink was also cracked and leaking water …. No shaving sachet nor slippers - the floor is wood liminate over concrete I guess and as such is very cold, I wore my shoes all the time ….. Once showered the floor was very wet meaning I used up all my towels …. Finally, a warning notice on the toilet hold dispenser not use the toilet paper other than for the obvious reason …. 🤔 All in all quite a strange experience ……

The room was very clean, and the staff (especially Amos) was very welcoming and helpful! Stone's throw away from Changi Village Hawker Center with amazing food. Will definitely stay again when transiting through Singapore.
