I really enjoyed my stay at Pan pacific. The staff was very accommodating and efficient they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. It was my first time in Singapore and staying at pan pacific really made my trip more enjoyable I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking to visit Singapore for business holiday or short city break they cater to all

The staff at this hotel are excellent. Balcony king club room was adequate, bed was very comfortable but we were struggling for somewhere to store our suitcases. Breakfast was fine, although gluten free options in the club at afternoon tea were non-existent.

I booked a 4-bedroom and made a full payment. However, as I was leaving the hotel in a car bound for the airport, the receptionist approached me and demanded additional payment for the next day, despite my not using the room and having already left the country. She insisted that I pay. Interestingly, she mentioned that they wouldn't have charged me if I had booked directly through the hotel. She advised me to submit an official complaint to Expedia to get a refund.

Exceptional Stay at Pan Pacific Orchard – A 5/5

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. The room was of a high standard, and the balcony was a great bonus. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we especially want to highlight Hanh from Housekeeping on our floor (13) – what a star you have in her! We rate our stay 5 out of 5. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience at Mosella. We felt that the process for welcoming breakfast guests and the waiting time for coffee and water could be optimized for an even better start to the day.

Tiny bathroom and tiny room

The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were great. The Bathroom however did not feel like Premier or luxury. It was very small. Very crammed. We booked the Premier room with balcony and expected the room to stand out but it didnt. The rooms felt small. You are paying the price for the pool.

The staff are great and super accommodating! I had an issue with the air con in one of my rooms and they immediately offered me alternatives which was great, found a room that worked in the end. The food from the restaurant is delicious and highly recommend the red tuna tartar and Australian Wagyu. When you order a main you also get this delicious freshly made bread which is to die for. The cocktails in the bar on the 11th floor aren't the best though, there's a focus on bitter/spicey flavours which I think require a specific palette to enjoy. Some less complicated cocktails would be welcomed. Great service otherwise!
