This property must surely have the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have visited in Singapore and the most comfy beds. Handily located only a few minutes walk from the top end of the Orchard Road shops.Tip: for super cheap and tasty food and drink, check out Food Republic, a small food centre hidden beneath the Shaw Centre / Isetan department store. The only negative regarding the hotel is the insecure and weak internet that is not satisfactory for business use. It was clear that the staff had prior feedback on this. So the hotel management need to address this problem if they wish to attract business clientele.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pan pacific. The staff was very accommodating and efficient they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. The staff at this hotel are excellent. Balcony king club room was adequate, bed was very comfortable but we were struggling for somewhere to store our suitcases. Breakfast was fine, although gluten free options in the club at afternoon tea were non-existent.

I booked a 4-bedroom and made a full payment. However, as I was leaving the hotel in a car bound for the airport, the receptionist approached me and demanded additional payment for the next day, despite my not using the room and having already left the country. She insisted that I pay. Interestingly, she mentioned that they wouldn't have charged me if I had booked directly through the hotel. She advised me to submit an official complaint to Expedia to get a refund.
