Despite booking a long (9 nights) stay, montgs ahead of our stay, we were initially assigned a room with a window into a light well, with a view of the elevator lobby. We voiced our disappointment, were reasssigned to a nearby room with an outside view, and were subsequently advised that we would be required to pay an additional amount (!) The room was still the exact (small) size, but the ourside view served to make it way less claustrophobic. Super-small bathroom (need to open the shower door before entering the bathroom!), and no toilet paper provided so needed to make do with thin tissue paper.
