Not recommended at all. Room and bathroom was dirty and not cleaned from someone's previous stay. Air conditioning didn't work well and made loud noises through the night. Walls were mouldy and had a smell, including leak near AC vent. Dissapointing and inconvenienced us, and terrible way to end a nice trip.

Overall the rooms left something to be desired. They did not feel as clean as they should be. I was only staying one night as I was in transit before flying back to the states. If you have a mold allergy this is not the place for you as the bathrooms are covered in mold. The first room they put me in, the shower completely did not drain, so I called down to the desk and they said they would send someone to fix, 20 mins later no one came and I called again and they said they were just going to move me to another room. They claimed they have been calling me which obviously they did not as I had been sitting there waiting. You would think someone would’ve come to notify me. Only reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of one is because they gave me a better room with a better bathroom. The bathroom still has mold but less. I still would wear flip flops in the shower.

Tara was my housekeeper during my stay. She was very helpful n saw to my needs as i needed an extra pillow n was very obliging with extra coffee sachets. Room was clean n i had new towels daily. Friendly too. Thank u Tara.

Friends stayed at a hotel 5 minutes away. Paid the same amount and had much better amenities including a pool and a bar. And their rooms were much cleaner and even had Windows

The property was way overpriced (maybe because of the Formula one weekend). It was dirty and had poor insulation to the outside road noise. The room also required a lot of simple repairs and maintenance which I pointed out to staff. This is only a 3 star accommodation not the 5 star that was portrayed. Expedia I'm feeling ripped off. You can do better to vent your hotels in the future. As I had already paid in full up-front, I had no choice other than to just stay and put up with it. Buzz

I only stayed for one night but I slept comfortably. The room itself was surface clean and presentable. Although the room was clean I did notice a hair when I pulled the covers back and I did notice a deeper clean would be needed for certain areas of the room like the top of the curtains and the shower stall e.g. the tile grooves and corners. Outside of that the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Answered all question with a pleasant disposition. Only other comment I would add is if a small ramp could be placed to the side of the stairs of the entrance to accommodate heavier luggage to be rolled up to enter and exit the lobby. Thank you

Wouldn’t go back

Staff were nice at the desk. Room wasn’t very clean and the walls were paper thin, luckily we were only staying for one night so we weren’t overly fussed but I’d not recommend this hotel

Don’t expect much

Pros: Decent area. Friendly staff. Walkable to MRT and other areas. Cons: Not very clean and pretty run down rooms. I knew by looking at the hallways leading to my room that my room would not be much better. The hallways were filthy and covered in hair. The bathroom could use a good scrubbing. The room walls were peeling and could use a re-vamp. The floors felt like they were covered in residue or dust. Also the TV only played 5 channels and were nothing worth watching. I do not think the photos on hotels.com accurately represented my room at all. For the price I would have expected a bit more.
