No hand soap or hand towel. They told me to use the body soap in the shower. I got a towel with a huge ripped hole. The room was clean but no maid service every day. Very small room. No where to put your luggage. It would be nice if they had a folding luggage rack/stand.

Positive: clean bathroom though tiny. Negative: very sketchy neighborhood. At least on 2 occasions suspected "guest" appeared to be in the company of working girl. Imagine my shock. Decades ago this was red district of Singapore. Apparently it was cleaned up. Highly doubt it though. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere especially if women traveling alone. ZERO safety lock on door which itself is safety concern. Lastly, AC broke down at around 10 pm. ZERO notice to guests. When I asked for refund, the guy was rude and hung up. He even chided me saying I can't talk to him that way. Wth?! Obviously lack of customer service and clueless how hotels are run. There was water on the floor throughout bc of AC breakdown. S$100 for this? Do not recommend at all.
