Village house, renovated in 2017, is located at the entrance of Sineu, near a supermarket and the weekly market is only 5 minutes away on foot.

It has 3 bedrooms. Two with double bed and one with two single beds. All three have air conditioning.

The living room is pleasantly bright. With a panoramic television of last generation via satellite and wifi. Ideal for reading and relaxation. It has board games for children, youth and adults.

It has 2 new bathrooms, each with a shower.

Kitchen-dining room overlooking the terrace, pool and chill-out fully equipped. With a large pantry.

It has an outdoor barbecue with a fridge (roofed) next to a chill-out area. Pleasant and relaxing space.

The gym is completely new, with two bodybuilding machines and bicycles available, ideal for cyclists and athletes in general.

The house is located on a side street just 700 meters from the square (café, ice cream shop, restaurants, church, etc.)

Sineu is one of the most original villages in the center of Mallorca and the perfect starting point for all types of holiday activities. The distance to the airport and Palma is about 30 km, about 30 minutes by car, the beach is 20 minutes by car (Can Picafort / Playa de Muro). Sineu has a train station. Train Inca-Palma-Manacor. The town itself offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as some historical sites. On Wednesdays always takes place the well-known large market. The attraction is the many animals that are sold and exhibited here (autochthonous breeds of roosters, dogs and donkeys). The numerous bars in the squares invite you to stay during the day and night.

Due to its central location, Sineu is only 20 minutes from the beach and the mountains, you can reach all sports and recreational activities in +/- 20-30 minutes. In the village there is a cycle track, tennis courts, a beautiful public swimming pool (only open during the summer holidays), two gyms and many walking or jogging trails.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Perfect example of how a holiday home should be!

From the off our host was ace! Thanks to many things... Our flight was delayed by 12 hours so after booking 4+ months earlier we had to contract host who quickly helped us out and rearranged our check in plans. When the big day of our first trip abroad as a young family came the check in process was super easy key code with cold beers in fridge after stressful flight and car rental was an amazing surprise! As for apartment it was super clean and well layed out with Spanish/European feeling but also usual home comforts (am used to as an obnoxious Brit). Kids loved the pool and the outside BBQ area made for super lovely family meal times. The three bedrooms all had air-conditioning which was needed thanks to the 40+ we were getting! And the smart TV made for nice entertainment for the kids during afternoon siesta (trying to fit in with locals). Location wise being in the middle of the island made for great day trips if you need to leave the lovely town! Would definitely recommend and if coming back to the island would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay in beautiful Sineu

What a fantastic property. Pere was amazing so thoughtful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The property was ideally located within the town and a quick walk to the square and restaurants. The most amazing bit was the garden area and pool with shaded patio. Couldn’t fault anything and we will definitely be back.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.Der Aussenbreich inklusive Pool hat uns super gefallen.Unser Gastgeber Pere war stets erreichbar und hat uns sehr gute Tipps rund um Mallorca gegeben. Bei Ankunft hat uns Pere mit Schinken,Käse,Brot und kalten Getränken empfangen.Unser Fazit; Wir kommen wieder ;-)

Alles super

Wir hatten tolle 6 Tage Vorort. Sineu ist ein hübsches Dorf, mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig. Freitags gibt es ein tolles Fest im Ort, welches uns Pedro empfohlen hat. Wirklich toller Abend. Sineu liegt super zentral für alle Richtungen. Wir hatten ziemlich hohe Temperaturen, aber durch den Super Pool, die Outdoor Küche und vorallem die tolle Loungeecke ließ sich das tatsächlich aushalten. Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Sehr entspannend auch, dass es kaum Ameisen gab. Das haben wir in anderen Häusern schon anders erlebt. Pedro ist sehr nett, hat auf alles eine Antwort und viele gute Tipps :) Alles in allem ein rund um gelungener Urlaub!

Perfektes Stadthaus mit Pool im Herzen Mallorcas

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem schönen, perfekt gelegenen Haus mit tollem Pool in Sineu. Unser Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns tolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und sind nun in Mallorca verliebt.

Eine Perle mitten auf Mallorca

Wir waren als Paar 8 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus "Pou de Salou". Die Kommunikation mit Pere, unserem Gastgeber, war vom Beginn der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise hervorragend. Pere ist unglaublich sympathisch und jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar. Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken emfangen, und zwischendurch gab es Köstlichkeiten vom ortsansässigen Bäcker. Zudem gab es tolle Tipps zur Erkundung Mallorcas. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ebenso wie der Garten, der Pool und die tolle Loungeecke mit Außenküche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke, Pere. Auch die Lage in Sineu ist hervorragend, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Abseits vom Massentourismus, man wohnt inmitten von Einheimischen. So lieben wir es und kommen bestimmt wieder! Alles in allem ist dieses Ferienhaus nur zu empfehlen.

Mitten im Herzen Mallorcas

Die vorherigen Bewertungen und die Fotos entsprechen unseren Erfahrungen und dem Objekt absolut. Pere ist ein überaus freundlicher, Interessierter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus Salou verfügt über drei saubere , klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und eine gut funktionierende Küche sowie insgesamt drei Duschen. Die Außenanlage ist mit Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Lounge und Salz-Chlor-Pool hervorragend. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum Sineus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Peres und Sineu sehr genossen und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Sineu

Wir haben in dem wundervollen Haus einen tollen, zweiwöchigen Urlaub genossen. Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Pool super. In der Lounge-Ecke im Garten haben wir nachmittags oft gechillt und abends gegrillt und gegessen. Pere ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber - sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei jedem seiner Besuche (um den Pool zu reinigen), brachte er uns eine lokale Köstlichkeit mit. Er hat uns viele Ausflugstips gegeben. Sineu ist ein wahnsinnig schöner Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und viele Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man sollte nur einplanen, dass man für jeden Ausflug mindestens 20 Minuten Fahrzeit benötigt. Für uns war das kein Problem. Lieber Pere, vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast in Deinem wunderbaren Haus sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house in the middle of Mallorca

Super clean, neat little town house in the cute small town of Sineu. We travelled with small kids, and as we came during super hot weather, the AC and perfect pool were much appreciated. Pere was a great host who brought specialties and wine. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to see the whole island, as Sineu is an ideal base in the middle of Mallorca from wheee you can drive everywhere pretty quickly.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im schönen Sineu

Es war alles perfekt. Die Familie Bestard hat uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber und in einem super Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses in Sineu ist als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen super gelegen. Kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

La estancia en casa de Pere ha sido excelente. Todo es tal y como aparece en las fotos y además está impecable. Pere ha sido un gran anfitrión y nos ha dado muy buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. Ha estado muy atento durante toda nuestra estancia y nos sorprendió con un desayuno con productos locales. Definitivamente, es una gran opción para alojarse y conocer la isla.

Wie bei Freunden zu Hause

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von dem Vermieter Pere und es gab am ersten Tag schon ein paar Früchte, eine Flasche Wein, eingekühlte Getränke und Gebäck zum Empfang. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Haus. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Outdoordusche neben dem Pool. An der Chilloutlouge konnte man Grillen und Entspannen nach einem Strandtag. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen bei Pere. Vielen Dank für die angenehmen Tage in der Finca Vielen Dank für den Herzlichen Empfang und auch vielen Dank für die kleinen Mitbringsel an Gebäcke während dem Aufenthalt. Es war schön bei dir Gast zu sein zu dürfen, jedoch hat man sich eher gefühlt, als wäre man bei Freunde zu Hause

Nice stay in Mallorca

We had a very pleasant holiday in Mallorca. House is as described , beautiful with all you can expect. Pere is very kind and available for any request. We were delighted with Enseimada brought at breakfast from Pere. The Village is at walking distance however not much life in the evening. Overall very satisfied . I would reccomend the stay in the nice Villa with pool. See you next time Pere.

Wunderschöne Tage im Herzen von Mallorca

Wir 3 Mädels durften 1 Woche im wunderschönen Haus von Pere in Sineu verbringen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool ist wunderbar für entspannte Stunden in der Sonne. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Pere wenden - ganz einfach per Whatsapp - auch um Empfehlungen einzuholen, welcher Strand der schönste ist :). Vielen Dank an Pere für den tollen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für einen entspannten Urlaub in Sineu

Wir waren die ersten, die das Ferienhaus über FeWo gebucht haben und deshalb auch keine Bewertungen als Maßstab heranziehen konnten.Nach unserem 13 tägigen Urlaub können wir sagen, das wir uns mit diesem Haus richtig entschieden haben. Die Bilder geben innen wie außen einen realistischen Eindruck und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in Mitten von Mallorca war für uns ideal um unterschiedliche Ausflüge in verschiedenen Richtungen der Insel zu unternehmen. Für Relaxtage im Haus und am Pool findet sich alles was man braucht. Der hintere Bereich im Garten mit Grill und "Chillzone" ist der perfekte Platz für entspannte Abende. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage und die angrenzende Wohnanlage haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Ein Argument für uns waren auch die Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung. Wir hatten das Glück zwei nagelneue Fahrräder inkl.Helmen in der Garage vorzufinden und die Umgebung damit zu erkunden. Sineu mit dem schönen Kirchplatz,tollen Lokalen und leckerer Bäckerei ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu guter Letzt ist Prere ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der einem gute Beratung zu Ausflügen, Essen und Kultur geben kann. Er kommt alle 4 Tage zur Poolpflege vorbei und hat uns immer wieder mit lokalen Spezialitäten überrascht :-). Falls etwas fehlen sollte ist Pere sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sofort darum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen entspannten Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Gabi und Christof
