Nice place. Friendly staff. My only complaint - we requested 2 rooms close together. They couldn’t have been farther apart. I requested a new room for the kids in the morning of day 2 (since they couldn’t remedy on day1) but when we came back at 5, it still wasn’t done. I had to wait >30min to get it fixed. :( Other than that, all was great.

location is perfect, many restaurants within walking distance. only thing I didn't like is beach is small & hard to find a chair & umbrella so stayed at pool everyday on side of property & there was no breeze on that side very hot

This property is average. Not modern. The pool towel service was limiting. No food on site except pastries and coffee. There was cockroach in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again. It fits a certain demographic. Retired people.

The staff was really pleasant at the hotel and the all the restaurants we visited on site. The place was also really clean and overall was a great place to vacation. I'd definitely stay here again

Convenient location

This is a great base for a few days. Good restaurants around, small private beach, pool is wonderful, ocean view rooms are nice to relax. The front desk and coffee shop staff could definitely improve customer service. We had someone send us flowers in a bottle of champagne… The flowers were there for over 24 hours before they contacted us. We pick them up, and half an hour later our door went and they realize the bottle of champagne went with it. We felt terrible as we were delayed and thanking the people who sent it to us didn’t seem to care that it was sitting over 24 hours. It was the one front desk girl that told us they actually arrived yesterday afternoon. The coffee shop is good, but the staff are not friendly… I will say the grounds crew, security people are lovely. All with a warm smile and willing to help. We have been to SXM a few times, so this was the base prior to going to Anguilla. We didn’t have to rent a car as we enjoyed what was conveniently located around us is essentially located to explore the island.
