Nice ocean view with both Saba and Statia visible from our balcony, while the beach was close to perfect!. Super friendly and helpful staff as well. Overall a pleasant stay in a super clean hotel.....

This facility does not clean your room until after the 8th day. I was able to get a complimentary cleaning once. There was not much creamer or sugar in the room for my coffee. The view and beach from my room was great. Staff was helpful and assisted as needed.

Visited in August 2025 and i must say i made a great decision. Check in staff was excellent, husband and i had a early flight in and when got to the hotel assistant found us a available room. 👌 We did not have to wait. Room was clean and organized. We got the ocean view we booked no issues. Everything went well great while we were there. Wod definitely recommend. 10/10.

Our 5 day stay was awesome, it was our anniversary. Our room was decorated as I requested. The staff is very polite and courteous. We had an ocean view villa and it was beautiful. The beach was just steps away and the pool was also so nice. I would definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this Hilton resort is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The front desk staff were beyond rude, dismissive, and had absolutely no sense of customer service. We arrived at 3:30 PM and our room wasn’t even ready, so we had to leave our bags and go elsewhere while they scrambled to prepare it. To make matters worse, when we asked for a late checkout, they flat-out refused. Their policy is check-in at 4:00 PM and checkout at 10:00 AM — which is outrageous and makes no sense. I’ve never seen a hotel push guests out so early. This place ruined the Hilton name for me. I would never come back here, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this resort.
