Non functioning appliances. No water. Parking poor. Serviced once in 10 days. Plumbing fixtures terrible. Lights bad. Scarce toilet paper. One dish towel. No smoke detector door lock broken. No international tv windows filthy. Insects 🐜. Water too hot but doesn’t support two showers. Toilet tank ran. Not a good place

Great place

Fantastic! Met the owner upon arrival and found the place clean and as described. Great little patio, located within walking distance of everything in Simpson Bay. Close to the beach! Would stay again.

The area is really great and walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and beaches. Very safe area and very easy to find. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating, we were always able to get ahold of them if we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!
