Villa Avalon is a magnificent three-storey property, situated in a tranquil rural area, but close to all amenities, with stunning views of the sea and golf course, offering the ideal setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The interior is spacious and elegant, the living room on the ground floor is welcoming and perfect for moments of socialising or relaxation, with access to the other areas of the house.



On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, ensuring practicality for the occupants of this floor.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, a suite with a double bed with a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also an independent bathroom with a shower on this floor.



On the lower floor there are two suites with double beds, both with bathrooms with showers, as well as a suite for four people with two single beds and a bunk bed. This floor also has a service toilet and includes the games room with a snooker table and the cinema room, creating an ideal entertainment space for all ages.



The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates with the dining area, offering practicality and functionality to prepare your meals during your stay.



On the exterior, Villa Avalon features a private swimming pool (heated for an additional cost) and jacuzzi (additional cost), as well as an outdoor dining area with stunning views, a barbecue and pizza/bread oven, ideal for leisure and socialising moments.



Located between the Salgados Natural Reserve and the golf course, Villa Avalon is just a few minutes from Praia Grande, Armação de Pêra and various amenities, making it the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 16 guests.

From the 17th to the 22nd guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
