We loved our stay in Silverthorne! This condo was perfect for our family. It was super clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. Loved the view of the River! Beds were super comfortable and close to shops and food! We went to Breckenridge to ski for 2 days and it was about 30 minutes away, but loved the drive and all the scenery along the way!

It is a lovely property and perfect size for my family of 5. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. The unit was very clean upon arrival. We have stayed at 3 other riverfront properties in this same complex. Comparative to the others this unit is far less stocked with amenities. The kitchen has few pots and pans (2pots and 2 fry pans) both of poor quality. The unit could also use additional blankets to layer on beds and throw blankets. Overall I would choose one of the other units we have stayed in over this one. If the owners were to make improvements in stocking the kitchen and adding more household essentials it could be a much better stay.

Love this place!

Details matter and this place has every one of them covered. Modern but cozy, super clean, comfy beds, luxury linens, well stocked kitchen, very handy washer and dryer, beautiful view of the river, garage storage for car, bikes, or gear, excellent communication with host, and a great location. We are well traveled, somewhat picky, a little bougie, and I can’t find one negative thing to say about this rental. We will be back!

Small but beautifully appointed River view condo

We had such a pleasant stay at this river front condo. Comfortable with high end finishes on the river and right in the center of town. Beautiful views from the condo and trails right from the patio. We walked to dinner and breakfast each day. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent property

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. The pictures are accurate and the place was lovely. Our favorite was the view of the river and being able to enjoy the outdoor seating and listen to the sounds of the water flowing. Check in as well as check out were easy and the owners communicated with quickly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so comfy! Beautiful view of the river, and a very clean condo. We had trouble with our access code, but one text to the property manager, and we had a new code for the rest of our stay. Quiet and clean condo complex. Would definitely stay again.

Our Second Stay in Three Months. Never Disappoints.

We came up for 2024 Leaf Peeping. We had stayed in this unit just a few months before and it was just as nice as we remembered. Family friendly and right on the Blue River. There is a gate on the rear patio fence so you can walk right over to the river bank for some relaxing sounds and sights. The only glitch was that the provided door code did not work when we first tried the door. I called the number for the property management company and they had us in within 4 minutes. Very professional. We will likely be back again soon!

Accurate Listing and Amazing Property

Two Reviews: The Property, and the management company. 1) The Property: Exactly as described. Here are some helpful tips: This is a kid/infant friendly property with booster seats, humidifiers, and many of those extras. The river and river sounds are wonderful. The unit is to the left of the garage. The garage is tight, but workable. The unit is well supplied in both the kitchen and the baths. 5 Stars all the way. 2) The management Co: Very text-based and accurate. Plenty of support texts during the stay offering support if needed. Very appreciated. There are occasional dog and trail walkers outside this first floor unit - but not many. It was not a negative for our stay. Not having to deal with stairs was a plus. We will return if the unit is available. If a 6 star rating was possible, that would be our rating!

Great Location with a garage on the river

The location is great. Right on the walking path next to the Blue River. There is a gate from the large patio to the path which is so convenient. Also, very close to the hot tub. Having a garage was the way to go. We stored our bikes without concern. Restaurants and Target are all within walking/ riding distance. The family area is quite small and television channel selection was terrible. I wouldn't want to be inside with a group for very long.

Christmas Ski Trip at Keystone

Property was perfect! Loved having a garage and being on the first floor. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus. Well stocked throughout kitchen and bathrooms with all the essentials. I didn’t feel well so I slept on the couch- not even the pull out and it was so comfortable. Loved the view of the river and being able to walk right out from patio gate off kitchen.

Autumn in Silverthorne

Location was great!!! Even saw a moose! Autumn colors were in full bloom when we arrived and snow fall on our last day. Mountain tops at the lake in Dillon breathtaking! We love coming to the area and will return again! The couch was uncomfortable but the bed was great! Has everything we needed!
