This remote getaway in the Colorado Rocky Mountains is within 15–30 minutes of world-class resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Vail and Beaver Creek are just 35–45 minutes away.

Located in a private gated community, the property includes access to biking and hiking trails, a community center with a business center, gathering spaces, a fitness facility, 2 hot tubs, a heated swimming pool, and private lake access.

The Space

This newly built modern mountain home sits on one of the largest and most private lots in the neighborhood, and has comfortably hosted large groups time and again.

The custom adult-sized queen bunk beds are genuinely comfortable — not an afterthought — and work great for large groups who want their own space without sacrificing sleep quality.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a complete stay. We're happy to share additional photos of any space so you have clear expectations before you arrive.

Guest Access

The property can be rented as the full home or as the guest house standalone — your choice.

A Few Important Notes:

Fire restrictions are strictly enforced year-round. Do not start a wood fire anywhere on the property under any circumstances. Local authorities actively enforce this and violations can result in serious legal consequences. We want your stay to be wonderful — please take this seriously.

On "air conditioning": This home does not have a traditional HVAC system. It features radiant heated flooring for cold days. At this elevation, cooling in summer is typically achieved simply by opening windows and if necessary using the portable fans in the house — the mountain breeze genuinely works. This is standard for high-altitude Colorado homes.

Community Center Access: The community center (hot tubs, heated pool, fitness facility, business center) requires advance coordination. If you'd like access during your stay, let us know before your trip and we'll make reservations. A waiver will be required on-site. Hot tub and pool access is self-serve via key fob (provided at check-in).

Wonderful luxury mountain home that our large group with kids really enjoyed. Excellent communication with the host made our stay a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked and able to accommodate feeding (and serving!) a crowd. We really enjoyed the mountain views and the pool and community space at Aspen House was a treat. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Not only does it have amazing views from the oversized windows, multiple outside decks, but also has everything your entire crew needs. The kitchen appliances and cookware are extensive. The Casita is great, too! We used this as a place to share with our friends and for an event and i could not be more pleased! Thomas communicates quickly and provides recommendations. Cannot recommend enough!

Great house for a family getaway! We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families staying together with a master bedroom, bunkroom, and living area on each floor. We have 3 young kids (ages 1 to 6) and found the home to be very safe and friendly to our needs.The host (Thomas) was a quick and helpful communicator when we needed anything.This trip was the 3rd time we have stayed in Summit Sky Ranch. The community has fantastic amenities. And the location is great for every summer and winter mountain activity, as well as quick access to Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge.

Had a great stay, 3 families total. Loved the deck space for relaxing, gorgeous views. Kitchen was spacious enough for cooking for the whole group. Loved the amount of bathrooms and the additional common space downstairs for spreading out, more games, etc. House is in a great location for visiting the area and the neighborhood amenities were great. We took advantage of them daily, including pool, gym and trails. Host was responsive when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and come back.

A Comfortable Mountain Stay with Gorgeous Views

We had such a great weekend staying at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The layout made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, and the views were absolutely beautiful.The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed, though be aware you’ll want to bring your own cooking essentials like oil, spices, and seasonings. Still, it was perfect for making big group meals and had plenty of space to spread out.Check-in was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic getaway spot and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mountain retreat that feels like home!

Great Group Stay for Local Resorts!

The property was beautiful!! Even the community center was well kept. It was great for our group of 10. Everyone had plenty of space. The house itself brings so much natural light with spacious windows, giving beautiful views of the surrounding areas. All the appliances and kitchen equipment was top tier. They really do have everything for you. Had a small issue checking in; the battery of the front door stopped working (probably due to the cold), but we were still able to get in after a few hours. Other than that, I really do recommend this stay! Would definitely rebook them again for another ski trip!!

Great place! Experience can be better with a few additions

We spent a great time at this house! It was clean and very spacious. However, it lacks some of the basic items, such as snow shovels. We could not use any of the exterior house amenities due to the piled snow. The house also had a snow blower, but it did not work during our stay.We enjoyed our time. A few improvements would make our stay esier. I recommend a booklet with instructions of how things work in the house and shovels available for cleaning the driveway and other exterior areas..Overall, good experience

The Perfect Summit County Getaway

Our stay at this stunning Silverthorne property was absolutely unforgettable. The spacious 5-bedroom house, along with the additional guest house, provided ample room for both relaxation and lively gatherings after our days on the slopes. Family Reunion

Spent 2 days at the property with 6 different families, check in was a breeze as owner clearly communicated all needed info. Home has a great floor plan and everyone had their private space. Plus a large living/ dining room area as we celebrated birthdays and baby shower. Beautiful views in all directions with lots of large windows but all with electronic blinds. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Home

We rented this property as a triple duty location for our daughter's small JULY destination wedding. Perfectly situated near Silverthorne, you have access to anything you will need, yet secluded enough for a sense of privacy. Though located in a neighborhood, the homes are far enough part to not seem stacked together. The home is large enough for a smallish (35 people) welcome dinner, for an reception after the ceremony for the same people, plus a place for our family of 5, plus 4 young ladies in the festivities to stay, plus two aunts who shared the casita. The listing shows two master bedrooms (they both have a grand view of the mountains. There are also two rooms with queen bunkbeds (one on each floor). On the lower level is a small room with a queen bed perfect a single or couple (it is not listed as a bedroom as it lacks a window, but is across the hall from the lower level patio egress). Plus the casita is across the driveway (no direct home access) featuring a king bed, full bath, a kitchette and small sitting room. There were ample bathroom facilities on both levels. While parking is somewhat limited yet between the double garage and cozy driveway, we were able to park seven vehicles on site. We shutted overflow from the community center for 3 or 4 extra vehicles. There are multiple wedding venues within easy driving distance from this home (including Apache Ranch a mere 0.3 miles away).
