Rude front desk staff at check in
Reception was very rude. They claimed to have not received confirmation of our booking from hotels.com and pestered us for about 24-hours to repay with our credit card or KSH. We asked them to call hotels.com but they never did, so we finally had to do so ourselves with long distance calling rates, ...

It wasn't as clean as i had expected. The room for two had not been prepared for two. We had to walk to the office in the morning asking for soaps and towels.
