Breakfast was great, Pool was open until Midnight and shares access with the Casino hotel which wasn't expected but also wasn't an issue. Nice river front patio/walkway area for morning breakfast or sunset relaxation. Pool does have open air option. Parking a bit limited as far as close proximity but plenty due to sharing with Casino lot next door. Has robot security in parking area patrolling.

I reserved a King suite, which according to the pictures indicate a separate room for the bed and pull out. When we went up to the room, it was standard King room with a pull out and didn't look like the picture. The front desk was kind enough to pull up the pics and she said she would make a rate adjustment since I paid onsite. At checkout, a different front desk said it would go through the website. 1 day after check-out, I am still waiting on final bill. Also in the room, the pull out was really gross and looked like blood/body fluids. It was heavily stained and falling apart. We asked for several sheet's blankets to cover it up.

At the time of Check-in, the staff was way distracted.. made us wait for 15 - 20 mins for the shift change , then after dint even care to say things like time of breakfast or which way is the elevator! .. Check out was fine

Room 393 has some serious plumbing issues, when reported staff stated they wpuld see what they could do then nothing happened. The flooring in the bathroom moves and is falling apart. Not to mention the shower didnt drain and my daughter slipped in the shower because it backed up so much.

Easy to get to from the interstate and plenty of parking. Not much else around the hotel other than a casino. Pool was big but not overly clean since the doors were open, hot tub was closed for unknown safety reasons. Breakfast area is pretty small and was packed on a Monday morning.
