Solid option for those visitng Omaha

We stayed at the council bluffs location due to its wonderfully convenient proximity to the Omaha zoo. Less than 10 min drive. We really enjoyed the bed and shower in our room. The breakfast is very adequate and has plenty to choose from with an egg option, biscuit and gravy and sausage every morning on the hot bar. There are waffles, cereal and plenty of bagels, muffins and breads to choose from. We spent some time in the pool and found that it was very heavily chlorinated so there’s little chance of it being dirty. However it will burn your eyes and the smell will stick to you the rest of the day. We also had difficulty with our door handle unlocking hut kit actually letting us open. It took a few times entering to learn the sweet spot of pull vs push to operate. All said great visit with minor mishaps but would certainly stay here again.

This was a great location for me, my husband, 6 year old, and baby. The pool was fun, the food was good, and the room was clean. My only gripe is that the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable.

I would not stay here again!

I picked this hotel because it was highly rated. I paid $150/night, so my expectations were set high. Right when we walked in there was an awful smell. The front desk workers looked very tired and stressed out. The chlorine was so strong that my son's back immediately started to break out in hives. The black out curtains were broken, so we had light shinning in each night. The bed was SO HARD! My back and neck hurt so bad, I barley got any sleep during this stay. The A/C never got down to the temp I put it at. My friend who also stayed here, was not impressed with her room either. When I asked for an extra blanket, I got ones with stains and multiple holes. I was shocked. This hotel wants to act updated, but it is not. There was also someone else's hair in the shower. The breakfast was okay at best. My son said the cereal was hard and stale.
