Nestled just steps away from downtown, this stylish home is your perfect retreat with a pool for ultimate relaxation. It features all new stylish furnishings, throughout, top of the line linens, a full size indoor shuffle board table, huge deck and plenty of parking. Plus, a 700 sq. ft guest house with an additional private bedroom with King size bed, walk in shower and open concept.

Nice home close to JBU

Our family of 4 stayed here while my daughter was at orientation at JBU. It is only about 5 minutes to campus. House was comfortable and clean. We didn't cook so i can't review how well the kitchen is stocked. It is an older home but it has been nicely renovated.

Excellent Stay!

I don't usually write reviews, but this stay was outstanding. The home and associated guesthouse are adorable and contain everything that you could possibly need. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was there. Outdoor area was delightful. Within walking distance to main street shops.

A great success!

Decca's Oasis is not only a roomy home, but a very comfortable. There were 10 in our party and with both the home and guesthouse, we were able to visit with the 89 year old birthday boy who lives in Siloam Springs without ever feeling cramped. Plenty of seating. Todd is a great host! We needed a ramp available for our 3 elders who have walkers and he went the extra mile to get one installed. That was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. We had 6 vehicles and there was plenty of parking. We would glady stay there again.

This property is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find and close to everywhere you could need to be in NWA. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Lots of family memories made during our stay.
