We were stranded in Matthews, MO and this hotel was very accommodating to our situation. The staff were professional and friendly! The manager even had a staff member provide us with a ride to the nearest car rental place. The hotel was clean with great amenities! We even received a call after our visit to let us know we had left a television behind. We are forever grateful for the compassion we were shown during our stay here!

Room (& bathroom) were very spacious! Clean, comfy, & roomy- just what we needed on our trip! Bathroom shower was massive, tons of bathroom counter space. I love that the ac/heater has a constant fan setting that actually stays on; most hotel fans turn on/off constantly throughout the night. There was even a nice sized couch in the room that our dog slept on. Parking lot was clean, lots of space outside for dogs to use the bathroom if needed. Highly reccomend!

We had issues finding the property, but most was my fault. Check in went smooth, but first set of key cards didn’t work. Second set worked, but the red light lit to show that it didn't. Confusing.
