Friendly and helpful staff — they waited for us at the pier with a warm greeting and help us with our luggage during check-in. The location is great, with a beautiful private beach. We arrived around 11 a.m., and the room was not ready yet, but they process the early check-in for us and invited us to relax by the pool until the room was ready.

The perfect place to relax. The staff helped us arrange a fishing tour and set up a wonderful dinner. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks on the beach until midnight. We highly recommend this place for anyone who values privacy.

Bungalow esthĂ©tiquement jolis qui se fondent bien dans le dĂ©cor. La propretĂ© n’est pas suffisante. La terrasse de l’hotel en bois est en fin de vie : mon pied est passĂ© a travers une latte de bois

 L’hotel est situĂ© sur un cĂŽtĂ© de l’ile qui ne permet pas de rejoindre facilement d’autres plages (2h de marche minimum) mais un stand de quad a proximite peut vous faire gagner du temps. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris par le manque de nettoyage de la plage attenante Ă  l’hotel.. vraiment dommage car le cadre est idyllique. Le personnel est top, a l’écoute et disponible. Cela reste un bon rapport qualite-prix.

Nice Beds, rude staff

The Beds are awesome but that’s about it. The beach is pretty gross a there’s lot of pollution. The Western Staff is horrible. They operate like a clique and are more interested in partying with each other than serving you. They make guests feel ostracized. I felt like I was bothering them each time I ordered something.

We had a great stay at one beach resort! Nice room and nice pool, the hotel is almost at the beach who is amazing! Good breakfast and very nice staff. Good to know that it’s just 3 restaurants in the area (this hotel, another hotel and a restaurant).

La plage est vraiment sale, Ă  tel point que nous avons pris un sac poubelle et nettoyer la plage pendant que l’équipe de l’hĂŽtel jouer au volley, oĂč Ă©tait sur leur tĂ©lĂ©phone pendant une pĂ©riode calme du service
 ils nous ont dit merci mais bon un coup de main n’aurait pas Ă©tĂ© de refus. Total des courses 5 sacs remplis de dĂ©chets. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit car une fĂȘte dans une des chambres Ă  l’étage, musique de 19h Ă  midi le lendemain qui faisait trembler les murs. MalgrĂ© nos plaintes aucun geste commercial. Climatisation qui marche Ă  intervalle irrĂ©gulier. Donc il fait soit trĂšs froid soit ça ne marche pas et donc assez chaud. Piscine nettoyĂ© le matin uniquement donc dans l’aprĂšs midi franchement pas propre, et nettoyĂ© veut dire enlever les feuilles mais les parois sont sales ne passer pas votre doigts dessus. L’équipe est gentille mais ça n’est pas des foudres de travail. Les dames de mĂ©nage sont par contre vraiment trĂšs avenantes et helpful

Nous avions réservé sur le site booking précisant 2 chambres. Nous avions accepté le surcoût de presque 9$. Au final, une belle chambre unique avec un lit... Il faudrait aussi préciser qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de chemin pour marcher seul à travers l'ßle.

HĂŽtel pour faire la fĂȘte

Le personnel est extrĂȘmement gentil et arrangeant en revanche pour un hotel qui a ouvert il ya seulement 3 mois nous sommes déçu. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel uniquement pour la piscine... elle Ă©tait fermĂ© durant tout notre sejour de 3 jours et n’avons pas pu y rentrer rien qu’une fois! Les chambres ont un problĂšme d’humiditĂ© et l’odeur y est assez dĂ©rangeante... Par contre elles sont trĂšs jolie, grande et confortable, comme sur les photos. Par contre, elles Ă©taient sensĂ© ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©es tout les jours ce qui n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© le cas alors qu’on partait de la chambre entre 10 et 11h. Les navettes pour aller sur la plage principale devait ĂȘtre jusqu'Ă  5h a notre grande dĂ©ception, la derniĂšre Ă©tait a 4h... (sachant que sur notre plage il n’y a que notre hotel et un autre donc obligĂ© de manger toujours au bodega, assez cher pour le cambodge). De plus, ne vous attendez pas a dormir sachant que la musique est a fond constamment jusqu’a trĂšs tard le soir ensuite les travaux de l’hotel commence a 7h du matin... Nous sommes venu a Koh Rong Samloem car nous voulions fuir la fĂȘte de sa jumelle, Koh Rong alors pour le coup c’était ratĂ©! Si vous recherchez la fĂȘte et a vous bourrer la gueule tout au long de votre sĂ©jour, cet endroit est fait pour vous! J’aurais d’ailleurs certainement adorĂ© l’ambiance festive qu’il y avait si j’étais venu avec mes amis mais en couple je le dĂ©conseille
