The building, with an area of 400 m², features spacious and bright rooms, a 100 m² dining room, and a 60 m² lounge/bar. It is ideal for family gatherings (reunions, weddings, birthdays, communions, etc.) or get-togethers with friends (bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.).
The house offers you:
- a 50 m² veranda
- a large 100 m² dining room
- a 60 m² lounge-bar
- a 25 m² kitchen
- 5 toilets
