The apartment was very nice and the host was very responsive to questions. This apartment is located in a great area in the middle of everything!

Great location

The check-in process was very easy; Luigi was very helpful and responsive. The location is convenient next to the Piazza and Siena is a lovely city. The apartment can benefit from the addition of a washer/dryer and A/C (it is quite hot given that it’s “attic adjacent” with poor insulation). I didn’t give it a 5 because: 1) the mattress of the pullout sofa was stained and disgusting (my daughter was horrified when we discovered it as we were stripping the bed at checkout), 2) Dust bunnies on the floor didn’t help and lastly, 3) Supplies were scarce (TP and paper towels).
