The Royal Family is now Memoire Palace!

The pool was the coolest I've ever seen! Our building's back door has steps to the pool, which is huge! It was pretty cold, but there was a smaller pool in the middle up higher that was warmer. There was a swim-up bar although the service was a bit slow. The spa was very expensive, so we just got the free foot massages. The TV channels would freeze, but the movies you could select from the beginning and didn't freeze. The room was huge! Our closet door got stuck, but they fixed it promptly. Everyone was very nice. The hotel changed it's name to Memoire Palace Hotel, which was a little confusing. There were a lot of mosquitos too. But we loved the all-day free breakfast in-room!

Large pool on the property as well as new large rooms. Nice grounds. Good upgrade if your VIP member. We have been to a lot of VIP hotels in Siem Reap and this is a good choice if you like the extra room and a large pool area. My reservation is they do not have buffet breakfast, but they do have a limited breakfast menu and some veggie material, no orange juice but other juices. The location is somewhat south of town. Thye did provide one ride to town, which was included in the reservation form. We had a little issue with a couple of clerks on that but it was resolved albeit reluctantly. Overall a good choice, but you always have to take in account Siem Reap has a very large of variety of very good hotels and they are experiencing a downturn in tourist this year which make the rates very attractive now.

Amazing hotel! Wonderful staff! Pool of dreams!

The Royal Suites at The Memoire was fantastic. The staff was so accommodating and the hotel was lovely. The pool is amazing! As is the breakfast!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Cambodia- Siem Reap. An overall lovely place to stay!
