Staffs are very kindness, and response is very swift. Location is very convenient and they can provide free transport to Pub Street from 1800 to 2100. Not so far from Pub Street by walk also, just 10min by walk. Room is very clean and amenity is enough.

Quiet neighborhood, Amazing service!

On a Quiet street Far from the town center but Still close enough to walk Home (15min). Free shuttle service into town between 6-9pm was handy! The staff Here are very very helpful and will go Out Of their way to meet your needs wether it be in the Hotel or your travel plans during the day. The rooms are HUGE! And We had a Nice balcony area with a pond for the double room on ground floor. For the price We paid This hotel is Amazing... definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!!

Average Stay

Staff was nice and tried to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was sufficient. Location is about a 10 minutes walk to the Old Market. You can also borrow their bikes to ride to the market. We stayed during the Khmer New Year, so there were no free tuk tuk rides into town. Room was not as nice as the photos on the website. Privacy was an issue for us because the frosted stickers on the room door was not fully covered. We ended up putting a blanket over the door to cover the areas which were not frosted. Same goes for the curtains, there were gaps in the curtains which can see into our room. An extra queen size bed was placed into our room without request. Seems like that they had no other storage to put the extra bed, so they just put it into our room. The rain shower-head was dangling off the ceiling but it still worked.

Great hotel with a Great Price

The room was huge for the price that I paid. The hotel was within 10-15 minutes from both Angkor Wat, pub street and the night markets. Everything was good overall, I had no issues. The staff was eager to help and made sure that we were tended to. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever end up in Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay there again!

was nice little place, staff kept questioning us as to were our beer came from, every question took forever to answer, ie how much for another night? took me all day to get an answer, they wanted to switch our rooms after the first night???? who wants to unpack and then pack up and move to another room.?? one guy in particular was an imature little twit.

beautiful room and lots of perks

Amazing bathtub, free massage, free laundry, great pool. $2-3 Tuktuk to hotel from town, but made easier as they will drive you there for for free. Breakfast is alright. If there's a wedding next door, prepare for loud Cambodian sing-a-longs.

Fabulous, excellent, wonderful!!

If we could give this hotel 6 stars we would. We loved our stay here! Huge, comfortable room with everything you need, including 2kg free laundry per day, a free 1 hour massage, great breakfast, beautiful pool and the staff were polite, professional, and so kind. They were the cream of the crop, truly the best staff and we have been traveling for 8+ months now. Fantastic, relaxing hotel!!!

the worst resort spa in cambodia

horrible experience in this hotel.the Breakfast was very poor and delay more than 40 min with noone!, they sell continental breaksfast whe they have a tiny menu with little food, very poor with half anana, and nothing more. the swimming pool is very unconfortable always in the shadow because of the bad design of the hotel, never sunny. a lot of noise because workers work until 6pm. in the night a lot noise of strange visitors in a tube of the room that never fill with concrete. they told that the laundry cost 1usd when really cost 3usd. only one poor soap to wash . the air conditioner a full and its was very hot. unpleasant stay.

A sublime oasis, with incredible staff.

Had a wonderful stay. My suite (room 205), was excellent, modern, immense and had a lovely, private balcony with a green leafy outlook. The staff are incredible. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, always with a welcoming smile and will do whatever possible to ensure you have the best stay and experience possible. The Hotel has lots of value added benefits for their guests. Six, small bottles of complimentary cold soft drinks, on arrival. Free tuk-tuk to centre of town. Complimentary Airport transfer, by tuk-tuk. Up to 2kg. of complimentary laundry, per night stay. Complimentary 1 hour massages, (in room), per night stay. (Reflexology, or Khmer). Had the most sublime foot and 90min. relaxation oil (USD$12-) massage from Monica. She really knows her stuff. Very nice and filling breakfast. I was sad to leave. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room were big, with a nice decoration. Good pool and all the free services - tuk tuk, bike rental, massage- make this hotel a good option. The breakfast could be better. I would be back! strongly recomendded.

Quiet location, luxury at a great price

We enjoyed our two nights here in April 2015 in a Studio Suite. It is a brand new beautiful building and everything is spotlessly clean. Since it is a ways away from the main shops and restaurants of Siem Reap, the staff provided a tuk tuk to take us to town free of charge. Be sure to have a card from the hotel to show a driver on returning. Our driver called the staff to get directions. Our pick up from the airport went very smoothly as well. The room was very pretty with nice touches like robes and locally made soaps. The shower was not in a separate room, but actually a part of the main bedroom. It had a great rainfall shower head. We would certainly return here and next time take advantage of the massage they told us was included, but we didn't have time for.

Nice brand new Boutique Spa Hotel

The hotel opened few months ago and you can feel it. The deluxe room where i stay is very big (40 ms) with everything you can dream. I like in particular the open shower, it's very stylish. They offer a big choices of different meal for breakfast (american, pastry basket, healty, cambodian...) in a nice room. The pool is a medium size, useful when like in April is too hot. The Spa offers good khmer massages and free sauna. The hotel is just located 700 mt from Old Market\Pub street and you can reach it with the complimentary tuk tuk service. If you wanna go to the Temples (you have to) is 9 km. Go by tuk tuk...i tried the bike and with 36 degrees i was dying...

Staff was excellent, hotel beautiful

Staff did everything they could to make this a great experience for us. The room was gorgeous, featuring a stone tub in the the middle of the room. The room and bed was very comfortable. Food at the hotel was very good also, if we had been there more often during meal times, we probably would have eaten more often. I would highly recommend! Minor issues: new hotel and semi-out of the way location, it was difficult for taxi/tuk tuk drivers to find. Shower slightly inconsistent if water temperature, but truly mostly ok. It was our favorite hotel stay during our time in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Un hotel para descansar

El hotel se encuentra a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. Si lo prefieres te ofrecen un tuk-tuk por 1$. Está en muy buenas condiciones y el servicio es impecable. Algo para mejorar es que falta especificar que el masaje que incluyen en la habitación doble es sólo para una persona. Si quieres más tiempo o incluir a tu pareja tienes que pagar.
