zusätzlich zur obigen Bewertung: Reale Aufteilung des Apartments besser als von den Bildern auf der Website erwartet; wohnliches Gefühl vorhanden; negativ: verrauchtes Zimmer beim Eintreten; trotz lüften bildete sich die verrauchte Luft über Nacht erneut, obwohl ich Nichtraucher bin.

Ich wollte um einen Tag verlängern, das war recht schwierig, da jemanden zu kontaktieren, der das wirklich einrichten konnte. Am Ende musste ich am Tag der ursprünglichen Abreise warten bis die Rezeption aufmachte, um das endgültig zu klären. Hat dann geklappt, aber war nicht smooth.

The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours because the complex had been apparently opened before it was finished. A clear case of putting profits before customer satisfaction.
