It was great and unexpectedly they have a mini kitchen with pots and pans and plates. The beach is right in front of the hotel which is a big plus and restaurants are walkable around 2-5 minutes walk. We stayed her for the night flying back to the airport and it was great! The staff who checked us in went above and beyond to assist us.

Just a great spot to be in Sidney. Everything is walkable. We enjoyed eating at the Bistro on the pier, window shopping in the village. Everything is an easy distance, the Butchart Gardens were one stop, visiting friends on an outer island another. We’ll go back to this comfortable and friendly hotel!

The room was just what we needed. Centrally located in Sidney, and everything was walkable, including the beach. The staff that helped us were all excellent, great customer service and friendly. We'll be going back here again, hopefully for a longer stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quaint. The building itself is old and dated, and the walls are very thin. The establishment does have a quiet rule in effect, but we had the unfortunate experience of neighbours who didn’t respect the rule.

The breakfast was minimal and we were told to take it back to our room as the space was limited. There was no elevator, I don't remember seeing anything in writing about that when I booked. We had to carry our bags up one flight of stairs.

Great hotel.

We booked a superior room at Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites and it was fantastic. Maybe because our room in Victoria wasn’t all that great! Everything about our room was perfect. The bed was very comfy, the towels and facecloths were soft. We had a balcony to use overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
