Fine for a quick overnight stop. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. We went to breakfast at 8:00 and everything was gone. Looked for an employee but nobody to be found. Staff was scarce. Even when we checked in at 8 pm room was not cleaned yet. Guy at the front desk said he didn’t know if we could check in b/c lack of staff. We waited about 10 minutes and housekeeping got the room cleaned.

The staff at the desk was friendly but the room was dirty, asked for hairdryer and they don’t have any because they get stolen a lot, per the staff at the desk. Tub was dirty, bed was not comfortable at all, need new mattresses. Overall it was a room but I expected a little more for $120 a night in the middle of nowhere.

Our car was almost broken into. Pilice had to called because of suspicious person who was later arrested for breaking into cars. All ice machines were broken. Outside doors were not locked and homeless people coming on and out. Entire grounds look are bot being cared for. Our room had areas on the wall that needed to be painted. No soap in the bathroom. No blanket on the bed. Hot tub not working. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the $125 a night. For a Raddison, it's the worst I have ever seen.

The pool needs a new paint job, it was flaking off. The staff was slow. The hot tub didn't work, had caution tape around it. No blow dryer in the room. We were told breakfast would only be eggs and potatoes as they didn't have any plates. Beetles everywhere outside and in pool area. Room smelled musty, carpeting stained in places in hallway.

Booked and paid for on my credit card. Got to the hotel with my grandsons and they didn't have a room for us. They turned us away and told us there were no rooms in the city. Then had to come back so they could initiate the refund.

Staff did not let us know what time breakfast was and where things were located. Did not suggest parking in back where our room was located so we lugged all our stuff from one end of the hotel to the other end and then up a flight of stairs. Breakfast had quite a variety, but somebody forgot to turn the crock pot of gravy on so it was cold & we had to warm our biscuits & gravy in the microwave. TV was unplugged and hair dryer wasn't in the bag in the bathroom but on a shelf in closet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. The carpet throughout the hotel was in desperate need of replacement. Dirty and worn. Other than that, not a bad place to stop for the night

The only positive thing about this place was the bed was soft and they had hot water. Breakfast was awful. The bathroom was dirty. They charge you a $100 check in fee even when you’ve already prepaid for your room. The area felt unsafe. I felt the value was not there for the money we paid. Wouldn’t stay here again.

If you want good AC skip this hotel!

Only good thing was a comfortabke king size bed. Had to exchange keys 3 times because once it the keys were used, you couldn't use it again. AC was almost non-existent....it did come on but stayed warm for most of the night. Was ready to leave at end of stay

One room had an unclean bed, it appeared the sheets and cover were just pulled over it. It also smelled of dog pee and had spots on the floor, had to request another room. The second room had long dark hair ALL over the bathroom floor. The hallways smelled, the hot tub was not working, and there was a pool light and cords just hanging in the pool. The breakfast area had crickets on the floor.

We arrived at 7pm and staff rudely told us that our room was not ready yet. We were offered a room with a leaky toilet and then another one with no shower curtain. When we finally got to our room they sent us to it was still not clean. We left and won’t go to that hotel again.
