Good holiday

Great hotel and would defo recommend. I would say that for the money and it being October holidays the day entertainment was very poor and would never go again this time of year and pay what I paid for that level of entertainment. The staff are all super friendly and can’t fault any of them! I would be rating it lower had the staff not been so great.

There is nothing not to like about Side Resort Hotel, it is clean the staff are all friendly. Great choice of food daily with a different outside grill option every night, themed evenings were great fun, the entertainment finished around 10:00pm each evening so great for families, bars closed at 11:00pm, for us everything was perfect, clean & friendly it’s a 3*plus but we feel it was more a 4*. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent and property clean. Food was satisfactory although slightly repetitive. Only problem was slide in children's pool did not have water running down all the time, so most of the time was ineffective. Would recommend a stay here though.

Good base to see Side

Nice, clean hotel in good location with helpful staff but food was a bit repetitive and they often would run out of certain things. Also no all inclusive facility at the beach!

There should be a bellboy to handle your luggage and to show you the way to your room after longtime travel. Customer service is required for helping guest with informations they need, the housekeeping should take aware about the cleaning more. My overall stay was ok and i enjoyed.

Lovely small resort hotel with amazing food

Very nice small all inclusive resort hotel. The only con is it is not right by the sea. The entertainment was excellent so was the food. Very child friendly. Don't bank on kids club. Our 4 year old son ended up watching a video in Finnish on the only day that we took him to kids club. He loved the resort mascots and evening entertainment though.

Lovely hotel relaxing holiday

Lovely hotel, clean well run. We were upgraded from a standard pool room to one with a separate bedroom and living room which was brilliant. The guests were mainly Scandavanian although this was not a problem as the staff spoke English. Went bed an breakfast - and the food was mainly to suit Scandavian tastes. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool. Hasd a lovely hammam. The animation staff were friendly but not too pushy and exercise classes most mornings.The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Old Side and a pleasant walk through the ruins. A very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel clean and great facilities.

Fantastic hotel in a great location near to the beach. Bus to take you to and from the beach but was not a long walk either. Close to shops and restaurants and Side Centre. Hotel facilities were fabulous swell as the animation team who provided non stop entertainment and activities. Rooms were very modern and very clean with cleaners visiting every day. Linen was immaculate. Large balcony in a one bedroom apartment. There is an on site shop for convienence although a bit more expensive than the local supermarkets. The Italian restaurant by the pool was very good value. I visited the on site spa and well being centre where I had a Turkish bath and 3 deep tissue massages. The whole experience was fabulous and a lot cheaper than the UK. I would recommend the Haman at the start of your holiday as it prepares your skin and you do not peel half way through your holiday. I did not eat in the buffet restaurant but other guest commented on how good it was. Packages can be purchased on arrival for all inclusive or just meals. Great entertainment for children. So good going back in June.

Det var vår första gång i Side. Vi hade riktigt tur med detta hotell: mysigt, rent, nytt, lyktar gott, ligger perfekt(nära den vackraste delen av Side, man kan ta en promenad dit), olika pooler, gott matt och gott drinkar!

Schönes Hotel für kleines Geld. Zimmer frisch gestrichen und sauber, Poll sehr schön gepflegt. Essen hat mir garnicht geschmeckt. Sehr auf Englisches Publikum abgestimmt. Viel frittiert, nicht meins. Würde das Hotel auf 3 1/2 Sterne bewerten. Freundliches Personal, im Service eher ungeschultes Personal. Da besteht definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Besonders im Restaurant. Wenig aufmerksam, da unerfahren im Service viele Mitarbeiter. An der Poolbar war es super👍
