When I got there I had two rooms I thought I only booked one room so I went ahead and took it The manager told me that's what I get for booking though a third party ... That was not nice ... The check out no one at the deck for hours left the key at the desk no receipt will not go back ...no English with the staff I would like to know if I was charged for two rooms?

They put us in a room that was not finished they would have to use an extension cord to use the coffee pot or the microwave the sofa was out for cleaning I didn’t know if it was because we went through you or not the TV was hard to operate the person it at the front desk came up and couldn’t operate it The only thing I could say is the bed was comfortable

Room was comfortable and cool.

Hallway to the room was very warm, but thankfully the room was very comfortable! A light was on the fritz. Told hotel staff and they attended to it. Door was sticking. Room did not have sign for room number, advised staff and they said it was on order. Room was on 2nd floor right by stairs. Door to stairs had sign to close softly, but no one did.

I like the showerhead for the bathroom, the bed, and the breakfast. It smelled like lobster when we came in, crack in the tv; hence the green streak in the middle, microwave was not working, coffee machine was not working. The stay made me appreciate my place more. The old do not disturb sign was on the floor, from someone else's stay. The tub needs a safety mat in their tub, to prevent someone from slipping in their tub. I took a video in case, someone blamed me for the occurrences above.

Poor service. No room service. I had to go get my own towels. They don’t clean rooms. Towels aren’t the best quality and were not very clean. No decor in the hallways. I’ll never ever stay at this property again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rating is for the bed and pillows. if I can’t sleep all night it’s not gonna be a good rating. The mattress was like a rock and the pillows flat and clumped horrible. How can you even give people pillows like that ?
