My trip to bossier la..

This was my 2nd time staying at the microtel and the staff are so polite we brought our dog with us and they even loved on her.. We have no complaints thank you all

The door in our room had the chain lock broken, this point of the dokr was sheared off. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it. The door to the stairs adjacent from our room slammed shut so it woke us up at all hours whenever someone would use it and not shut it carefully. The location is also right next to a train track and railroad crossing so if you wetent being woken up by your neighbors the train sure as hell did. Breakfast was sub par, mostly hostess donuts still in the wrapping. Overall this got the job done but we are definitely not going back.

The breakfast was packaged donuts and waffles, not great for anyone who eats healthy. The facilities were old. Our rooms electricity was wired inappropriately. Doors were getting stuck, and security locks were broken, The tub stopper didn't work. Luggage was rusted Over and bent. Essentially, overall, the maintenance was not taken care of. The late night check-in lady was rude and curt with not only us but other customers.
