Another great stay

Very friendly staff throughout our 2night visit Clean rooms throughout the building, only ate breakfast here on this visit and it was delicious, we were a little late for dinner on our first night but delivery takeaway was recommended using the Wrexham Eats app, cheaper than the well known apps.

Been OK but needs attention

All the team are good guys. Stayed a few times but each time does get worse. Staff on reception good. Breakfast team are good apart from expected sourdough bacon roll and had brioche, sesame bun which was weird. Generally been ok but tiring a little. Lots of dust in room, remote dirty, kettle wouldn’t use and cobwebs. Shower mould not looking good around seals. Needs some tlc.

Cannot recommend The Lemon Tree enough. Rooms very comfortable but it’s the staff and the food that really make this hotel shine! If you’re in the area then definitely stay here.

Great location and cute little hotel

Great location. Cute little hotel. Good food at their restaurant. Easy to walk to everything and see the Wrexham soccer stadium!

Second stay here in a ground floor standard room. Room was small, basic and poorly designed, very poor wardrobe & storage space. Bathroom tired, shower mouldy & in need of a facelift. Basic facilities, had to request hand towels and water glasses. Couldn’t open the curtain as window opened directly onto next doors car park. A la carte breakfast was good.

We were attending a wedding at Tower Hill Barns and found this hotel to be excellent. They organised the taxi for us to/from the venue at short notice and there were five of us in one large taxi. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The reception guys we dealt with were extremely helpful in everything we needed. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but when we had the breakfast we wished we did! The only downside is the very narrow entrance to the hotel car park which was a very tight manoeuvre but one of us got out of the car to guide the car in.
