Our stay was excellent! Very impressed with the amount we spent and the quality that we received! Rooms were updated, the mattress was so comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Our room was comfortable, spotless and the bed and pillows were comfortable as well. My only complaint is that we had to use two remotes for the TV to get to the shows we were interested in. Other than that, it was a good night's sleep and breakfast was great.

This place is in a lot of need repair and upgrades. Our mattress was very uncomfortable due to the fact of leaning towards the floor. The shower/tub is in need of replacement and the bathroom faucet had hardly any water pressure. Breakfast was not the standard that a Best Western normally has.

Basic hotel

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located off the I90 and was advertised as having a pool for the kids. Whem we arrived tue pool was out of service and wouldn't be available until the summer. The room was clean and bed comfy. Breakdast was very basic amd im short supply

My husband and i stayed the night on our way through. Seemed pretty ok and average. The bed was VERY soft and not very comfortable. Staff was non-existent which was ok until breakfast then the "front desk employee" questioned my husband and asked "was here even staying there?" Like he was some flagrant off the street! And upon us both saying yes! She said "what room?" ...rude! He wasnt wearing anything out of the ordinary for a travel overnight.... hoodie and jeans. Which we felt uncomfortable and packed out stuff and checked out affer.

Was very clean and the staff was friendly. We got up late for breakfast, grabbed a piece of toast, but I can see there was eggs and some kind of meat...lol! That's fine I really wasn't hungry. Very good price!
