The Hampton inn was clean and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled good and included eggs and sausage.
Chay at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We couldn't have had a better experience.
it would be nice to have an ample supply of towels 2/2 is not sufficient for guest who are staying more than one night. Since the cleaning staff does not come by daily. Also, please make sure maintenance checks all appliances for operational usage. We experienced a refrigerator that would not cool. We contacted the front desk agent who had to make a call before making an executive decision to replace the fridge. Make sure the hot water pot stays hot for coffee and cocoa services.

This is by far the best Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in. Comfortable beds, amazingly clean rooms, great breakfast and staff! This is our second stay here and we will stay here again and again!

Room lighting is TERRIBLE!!! Very insufficient!!! The bathroom does not have an extra roll of toilet paper. The bath towels are located too high on the shelf. I asked about this and the answer was “we don’t want our guests taking it when they leave!” REALLY!!!
The refrigerator was not turned on. The glasses are located on the bottom shelf next to the FLOOR. The microwave oven is about two feet off the floor. ~ inconvenient! There is only one electrical outlet in the bathroom but it does have a night light plugged in it. The room decor is drab and uninviting. Cheap looking. We asked for an additional blanket- the receptionist said “ we only have duvet covers!”
The receptionist told us there was no restroom on the main floor- we would need to go to a service station close by!!!
There is NO hotel sign on the frontage road to direct anyone to the hotel. I asked about this also. The answer “someone else owns that property so we could not put up a sign.
This is the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Shame on the developers and interior designers!

The room was in good condition, but the poor soundproofing of the rooms made it difficult to sleep or relax. Between hearing the tv or voices in the adjacent room, hearing the constant slamming of doors in the hallway and hearing the tromping of the guests in the room above, there wasn’t much “peace and quiet.”
