The room was what you paid for!! The heater in the room would not stay on so we had to get up during the night twice and turn it back on and the comfortor on the bed was so thin .

The first room we got smelled horribly of smoke, but it was no issues changing to another one and that one was great. Bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and made the room nice and warm. Everything was generally clean even though the carpet could use a deep clean. The water pressure in the shower was crazy, it was like getting into a car wash, rinced the shampoo right out! Our only complaints was that the breakfast was none existent - although we didn't have high expectations - and that the upstairs hallway smelled like an ashtray and weed every time we came and went.

Unfortunately there was black mold in our shower and the water from the sink was leaking into the bedroom. Our room had updated floors which was better than our friends rooms with carpet that were very dirty and stained. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

No pool or hot tub. Room could have been cleaner, mainly the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was about to fall off. There were 3 of us in the room and when we asked the house keeper for towels she would only let us have 2. My granddaughter went to the front desk and asked for towels and wash clothes and the staff told her to go back to the room and come back to the front desk in 5 minutes or so to give her time to hunt for towels. When she went back she received 3 towels and no wash clothes, the staff finally brought us 2 wash clothes. The microwave did not work either

Never stayed in a hotel/motel as bad as this one!!

Only 1/2 the lighting had lamps that worked. There was a phone, but no plug in for it to use!!! If this hotel was recently remodeled, it was a waste of money because it looked just as old as the building!! It was just barely stuck together by plaster!! Awful place to stay especially for the price!

Room had mold all over it. You could tell there was paint just out over mold and they went on. Woke up the next morning and found roaches all over the bathroom counter. Upon checking out, mentioned it to the staff and got the response of “I know, have a great day!”
