With plenty of worktop space, this is the ideal setting for rustling up a meal using the delicious local produce that the area is famed for. The neighbouring sitting room hosts two sumptuous sofas and an accompanying Smart television. Generous bay windows provide plenty of natural light and glimpse of the sea. Pop on a film and nestle in after a busy day spent in the great outdoors. A the top end of this room is the dining area offering seating for five guests around a charming farmhouse table. The accommodation offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed flooded by beautiful natural light from the Juliet balcony, plus a convenient en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. The second bedroom is styled with 3ft twin beds, and a third bedroom provides a 3ft single bed. These rooms are served by a fully tiled spacious family shower room featuring a large walk-in shower.

A communal patio area is set at the front of the apartment building with accompanying small grass drying area, including rotary line and an outside tap. Parking is available for one car in the allocated bay. Outside the property, you are literally seconds away from the ramp walkway which leads down to Sheringham's gorgeous beach!

Seas the Day is a great base from which to explore Sheringham, the beautiful neighbouring brick and flint built villages, and the expansive sandy, family-friendly beaches sprinkled along the delightful North Norfolk Coast.
