I was given a warm welcome. The room was as expected with a comfortable bed and clean facilities. Good choice of courses for evening meal. The food was hot and delicious. Room was clean and warm and I had a good sleep. Breakfast was delicious. I chose the full English which was very tasty. Would recommend the Inn.

Lovely boutique style pub/hotel. Clean, comfortable, compact bedrooms. Ideally situated for Shepton Mallet and the showground. Will definitely be staying there again.

Breakfast was average, room was comfortable but a bit dirty around room, shower was cold but only to find out the merging switch needs time to heat. Giving the inn was out in the country it wasnt at all bad. Value for money definitely. The host was welcoming and accommodated our wishes & choices in Breakfast

Tired accommodation

Although I had a cooked breakfast, it consisted of one sausage, a small piece of bacon and ‘bulked up’ by beans and sliced potato. This was rather poor. The room could have been improved very cheaply. The bath mat had holes in it. There was only hand wash in the shower and a good mould remover was badly needed.

The property is kind of off the beaten path and a little dated. The room was small but comfortable. The landlord was friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night on out way to Bath. So it served the purpose it was needed for.
