I stayed in this hotel for one week in total. It is simply the best hotel. Great location, the metro Line #9 is just next to the hotel. The metro lines #11 (to the airport) and #12 are within walking distance. Breakfast is a feast, including tons of both Chinese and western food. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The lobby is like a palace. Hotel staff are very kind. A lot of good restaurants are close by. This is going to be my home hotel every time I visit Shen Zhen.

While this is a 20 year old hotel, the condition is excellent and exactly what you expect from a 4 star property. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful, and the management included. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing. I come to Shenzhen often and this will now be my go to hotel. There’s an overwhelming choice of dining and shopping and other services within walking distance. The place is quiet and clean and a real gem.
