Great service. Knowing itโs my parentsโ 77th birthday, the staff presented a fruit plate given we checked in late and bakery is closed that they couldnโt present a cake. Very much appreciated the ease of checking in and out and nice amenities.

Dear Customer Service],
I am writing to express my concern about a recent issue with my reservation. Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled and rescheduled for a day later. I contacted both the hotel and Expedia to modify my arrival date, but upon arrival, the manager, Amanda Tang, informed me that my reservation was voided due to a no-show.
I was told that the hotel was fully booked and was given no option but to pay the full price for the original reservation to secure a room. Given the circumstances and my prior attempts to amend the reservation, this situation feels unfair and stressful.
Could you please review this situation and assist in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any adjustments or compensation you can offer.
