smelled really really bad of chlorine. understaffed. Had to wait a long time to check in because staff was on the phone. there was a bug in the hallway carpet. they also had some construction/cleaning going on bc a hallway was tarped off. to top it off elevator was not working. We lost money and left to a different hotel!
