I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which even after cleaning smelled of smoke for 2 days. The lobby lounge had few alchohol choices with most brands out of stock and no live band. The staff were few and somewhat clueless.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The staff at the front desk could communicate with us in Cantonese during the check-in process. He also upgraded our room. We asked the hotel's check-out time the night before check-out, and the staff immediately took the initiative to delay our check-out for us, but in the end we did not delay check-out. The staff took the initiative to help and friendly. Although this hotel is more than ten years, it has been well maintained. There is no odor in the room and no sewage odor in the bathroom. The overall room is very satisfactory and the bed is very comfortable and also exceeding my expectations. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. We had buffet dinner at the hotel on New Year's Eve. Although there were not many varieties, the price was reasonable. Some of the seafood was not too fresh. I hope the hotel will improve it. I stay again next time.
