Great value for the money

The hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. the air-conditioning was nice and quiet without noise. The hotel is placed in nice area in Pudong with good places nearby to have dinner.

Mostly good, the hotel is fine, but I can see it declining. Spa is closed, staff at front desk is not fluent in english (before they were), and Casa Lingo restaurant is awful
