Zero sound insulations. You can hear people getting up to catch plane all throughout the night. The whole facility, including the hallway and inside the rooms, smell of cigarette. Shuttle to the airport is only once per hour, so basically I saved no time by staying here.

Staff is nice to welcome you and provide necessary information. The 5:30 breakfast starting is so good for early flight passengers. Will use this hotel again for early flight in the future

We arrived late due to flight delay and stayed a max 5 hours. The lady at reception was not very welcoming and very blunt and sharp- although I did consider we arrived at 1am. Room was clean and spacious but the water/shower was very loud when running. Great airport shuttle service on the hour and due to an early checkout and flight before breakfast start time- a brown bag was packed with bread and milk. Only one elevator. Conveniently located near the airport however the name of the hotel was not found/available on didi which was a struggle as we came from the other Shanghai airport 1.5hrs away.

Overnight stop for Airport

All staff very help full, airport to hotel shuttle worked extremely well, they sent me the timings and pick up point straight after booking and you just turn up there. Breakfast very good. Transfer back to airport in morning great

I had a late arrival, touching down around 2:30 AM, and was so relieved that this hotel offered airport transportation, making my journey to the hotel seamless even at that hour. Check-in was quick and efficient, despite the late time. The staff were incredibly helpful and a real highlight of my stay. Their English communication was excellent, which was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again if I need an airport hotel in the area. Highly recommended!

Amazing for the price. I wasnt sure what i would get however i cant wait to visit again, The buffet breakfast was very authentic and the pork pineaple wow is all i can say , transport from airport and back 24 hours and to Disney daily all included , laundry all modern and the shower was great, I have paid tripple the price on the Gold Coast Australia and this runs rings around them.

離機場和迪士尼都算近，也有很準時便捷的專車接送。房間乾淨，服務人員非常親切。早餐很簡單，附近有生鮮超市很方便，外賣也很方便，2-3人份的外賣有機器人送抵房間門口。免費使用洗衣房。
