The Moxy is definitely a good option for affordable stay in Shanghai. The location itself might be a little bit away from the main attractions but still, nevertheless , accessible. I was comfortable during my stay.

We stayed for the Shanghai marathon because of its proximity to the finish line(Shanghai sports stadium) and it was a really nice spot in the Xuhui district) I would 100% recommend and stay again when we return.

Clean & Comfortable, but service could be better!

Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to essential amenities. However, I found the staff's service lacking; they weren’t very helpful with questions about local attractions or directions. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the comfortable environment.
