If you don't speak chinese this one's not for you

Nobody at the front desk spoke english and they didn't understand what expedia.com was... usually hotels in china don't speak english, but they almost always have a cheat sheet for those who don't speak chinese. If you don't speak chinese, avoid this one like the plague.
