Accueil laisse à désirer !

Chasseur sympathique! pas d'accès au Parking ! A la reception personnel peu aimable ! La réception m'a appelé 2 fois sur le téléphone des toilettes !!! pourtant il y a un téléphone DECT ! Un fer à repasser dans les chambres , ce n'est pas de trop!!

excellent experience at Movenpick, from checkin to spa services to dinner breakfast (yummy) and checkout. the room is well furnished, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel has a secured underground garage.Great experience

Nice and would go back anytime.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Food was very good but only available after 8pm. Pool under construction... No control abailable on very cold air conditionning setting...

Il personale non è stato molto attento all'arrivo come si dovrebbe aspettare da un hotel 5 stelle (non ha preso la valigia, non ha accompagnato alla camera). Dalle 23:00 fino alla mattina si ha staccato la luce, rimasto in buio totale. Il personale non ha fatto niente, neanche scuse. La camera era nuova e pulita.

Le séjour était agréable et l’hotel est propre. Seul petit défaut et qu’il n’y a pas de valet et personne ne se propose pour nous aider avec nos bagages. La nourriture est cependant très bonne.

Excelente Hotel con habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y con una decoración exquisita. El internet del hotel iba muy lento y en nuestra habitación no llegaba la señal.
